Make It

Step 1

Open the pork loin and lay it flat on a piece of foil. Season with oregano, parsley, 1/2 tablespoon bouillon, thyme, butter and 2 tablespoons evaporated milk.

Step 2

Top with ham and cheese slices and roll up the pork loin. Bake in a preheated 350º F oven for 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Remove from oven; set aside.

Step 3

Place remaining evaporated milk, onion, wine, flour and remaining 1/2 tablespoon bouillon in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Step 4

Slice pork loin and serve with the sauce.

TIP:
