Place milk and Coffee mate Peppermint Mocha Flavor Liquid in microwave-safe container. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute or until piping hot. Whisk to create foam. Pour over coffee mixture. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with candy cane.
